Where is my data stored?
All your data is saved locally on your device in secure, encrypted iOS storage. It is never sent to any servers.
How do I export my data?
Go to the Settings gear icon in the app, and select Export Data. This will generate a JSON file of all your check-ins and journal entries that you can save or share.
How do I delete all my data?
If you want to clear your data, go to Settings and choose Reset Data. This permanently deletes your logs and cannot be undone.
